Discovery of my Core Process has been the best self development thing I have ever done and it has made a huge positive impact on me as a person. I can break the benefit down into to the two areas of my life which are very important, work and family.
Work: I can't remember being this relaxed whilst working, I can deal with the dishonest/not straight/political things far better and with less emotion.
Family: I am more patient and considerate with all the family. Given I am travelling so much these days, it makes the home time great because even if something does occur, I know how to deal with it better.
I spent a very special day
last week working together on my Core Process. Good things, special
things, come in their own good time so I needed to go away, mull
things over and 'sleep' on what we had discussed. When I woke
suddenly, in the very early hours of Saturday morning I KNEW
without any doubt what my Core Process was. By the time Sunday
evening arrived, I had created a NEW BUSINESS that I KNOW will
take me forward into the future with more positivity than I have
felt in a long, long time.
I, AM ON CLOUD NINE!! Tom used his Core Process, BREATHING LIFE,
to help me to find mine. I really do recommend anybody to go
get their Core Process done - IT REALLY DOES WORK!!

I've been core processed! At some points I thought "what am I doing here?" because it just didn't seem to be "working" for me as I'd heard it had for others. And then I found 2 words that mean more to me than to anyone else, although others that know me also agree with them. My core process is "Commanding Spirit".
I can understand that these 2 words can be misunderstood if taken at a cursory level, without much thought, but that's OK. I just explain that it's how I do things when I'm on fire as in "When I am in my flame, I am Commanding Spirit." And that's me in a nutshell !
I am absolutley thrilled with my Core Process words. Connecting Hearts make sense of my life so far, since a little girl through to the development of Ecademy.
I find knowing this provides focus and clarity and is a wonderful gift of self knowledge. thank you Christine for this part of my journey.
An amazing experience that confirmed and really
did highlight what I'm about. Uncovering what I already knew but
was mixed up with everything else. And strangely it almost feels
like I can give myself permission to be what I am at heart. Judith
was brilliant - encouraging, not leading at all, enabling me to
get to my core process. This tops off an incredible year from which
I will grow to everything I know I can be. Thank you.
How does it feel now that you have these
words?
It feels fantastic, clear sense of personal direction and great clarity. In fact I felt good all night.
Does it change anything about your life and thinking?
It provides the re-assurance and comfort that I am doing the right thing everyday. I also love my Core Process as the title of a book, perhaps when I do an autobiography as an old rusty man.
