in our lives when we feel happy, productive, alive and fulfilled.
Most people would like to have more of these times. We believe
that everybody has a positive core that is unique. There
is only one of the "YOU" that
is reading this. You have a unique strength, gift, purpose
and passion - your Core Process. When you are using this fully,
everything goes wonderfully well.
So one way to happiness and fulfilment is to discover what
your Core Process is. Luckily, this is simple, if not easy.
It is also extraordinarily rewarding to help someone find his
or hers. Some of the people on this site know their Core Processes
and will be happy to tell you the benefits they have gained.
The Core Process is a pair of words that capture the essence of you at your best. They are all interesting and lovely.
There are very few studies about happiness and fulfilment compared to those on depression and misery. There are even less on the higher (or deeper) sources of human fulfilment. Core Process work is frontier research into the best of people. We will learn what it means and can contribute by doing the work. It is at least possible that this work will give us some insights that may change the lives of the people who participate in the work and the wider world in a positive direction.
